About Villa Latima

Set in the heart of Seminyak, Villa Latima is a family-sized villa for groups of up to 13, where breakfast is included, the team knows your name and Petitenget Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Modern lines and warm wood sit among lush greenery, with an 11m pool, a lawn with a kids’ teepee and room for everyone to do their own thing, whether that’s swimming, board games, a poolside BBQ or a few quiet hours at a desk.

The Bedrooms

Villa Latima has six ensuite, air-conditioned bedrooms, all filled with natural light. On the ground floor, the queen master suite has its own bathtub. Next door is a twin room that works well for children, so little ones can sleep close to their parents. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own artwork, and one has a bathtub. Several bedrooms have a desk for working from the villa, and an extra bed brings the total to 13 guests.

Indoor Areas

The enclosed, air-conditioned living area has plush sofas, a Smart TV and large glass doors that let the light pour in. Board games, card games and a chess set are there for the whole group, along with a desk for anyone who needs to work. The dining table seats up to twelve, and the fully equipped kitchen suits anything from a simple breakfast to a family feast.

Outdoor Areas

The private 11m pool is the heart of the villa, with sun loungers and umbrellas along its edge and pool toys for playing in the water. Next to it, a covered poolside lounge is where our team cooks your BBQ (extra cost). In the garden you'll find a lawn with a kids' teepee, with lush planting for privacy and shade.

Staff and Services

At Villa Latima, our team welcomes you on arrival and takes care of daily housekeeping, the pool and the garden. Breakfast is served every morning, and your airport arrival transfer is included (up to 2 cars). Dinner and BBQ are cooked by our team on request, at extra cost, and a private chef can prepare Balinese or international menus. Small celebrations, such as birthday or anniversary dinners, are welcome for 20–25 guests with prior approval. The Villa Finder concierge can arrange car rentals, restaurant bookings, babysitting, baby equipment and activities, from cooking classes to day trips.

Around Villa Latima

Petitenget Beach is a 15-minute walk away, with cafés, restaurants and shops within walking distance and Seminyak Square a 10-minute drive. For easy family meals and coffee, try KYND Community (plant-based café), Pison Coffee or Mauri (southern Italian), all close by. Potato Head Beach Club is family-friendly during the day, and La Lucciola serves dinner right on Seminyak Beach. For a night out with friends, KU DE TA, ShiShi, Ling Ling's Bali and Shooters Bali are all in Petitenget and Seminyak. Heading out with the kids? Waterbom Bali water park in Kuta makes a great day trip.
